Housekeeping GSA

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Replenish guest room amenities (toiletries, linens, towels, etc.) as per the checklist.
• Report any maintenance issues or lost & found items to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Ensure the cleaning equipment is in good working condition and report any defects.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies during cleaning.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and promptly.
• Check rooms for damage or misuse and report accordingly.
• Maintain proper stock levels of cleaning supplies in housekeeping carts.
• Cooperate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow hotel procedures for entering and exiting guest rooms.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th grade (High School) or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience in hotels/hospitality is preferred.
• Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and chemicals.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Polite and respectful attitude, with basic guest interaction skills.

Working Conditions:

• Physically demanding role; requires standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Work schedule may include weekends, holidays, and shifts.
• Uniform and protective gear provided as per hotel policy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
