Job Summary

The Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (GSA) is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests. The role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to hotel cleanliness and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms as per hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities
• Ensure all rooms are properly maintained and ready for guest occupancy
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor promptly
• Clean and maintain public areas, corridors, elevators, and service areas as assigned
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Handle guest requests politely and professionally
• Maintain proper use and care of housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals
• Comply with hotel policies, procedures, and grooming standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment is an advantage (freshers may apply)
• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit to perform housekeeping duties, including standing, bending, and lifting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
