· Support HR-related activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and PF documentation.
· Address guest or staff queries related to administrative matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven experience in administration or office management, preferably in the hotel/restaurant industry.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
