Job Description:

Monitor daily cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
Coordinate minor repair work (plumbing, electrical, carpentry) or vendors for major maintenance.
Ensure the security of the premises by monitoring entry/exit points, locking/unlocking gates, and reporting suspicious activity.
Maintain outdoor areas including gardens, lawns, parking spaces, and pathways.
Oversee utility operations (water tanks, pumps, lighting, and generators) and report breakdowns.
Assist residents/tenants/visitors with basic requirements or emergencies.
Renewals of fire & safety policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
