Project Sales Executive

Job Description

Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., HVAC, construction, IT services]. Making Sales to architectures, Contractors, Builders, etc. Have to visit neighbour cities of Kolkata like Birbhum, Bankura, etc. Identify and develop new business opportunities in project-based markets (e.g., infrastructure, real estate, industrial, IT). Have to visit construction sites. Understand client requirements and provide customized sales solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals for project bids and tenders. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements that maximize profit while ensuring client satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure project alignment. Track sales performance, maintain CRM data, and generate regular reports for management. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
