Job Description

Position Details:

  • Candidate Residence Location Based:

    Mumbai (West Mumbai – From Bandra to Andheri to Borivali-Virar, South Mumbai, and Central Mumbai – up to Thane)
  • Experience Required:

    Minimum 0–3 years
  • Education:

    Minimum Graduate (Freshers can be considered)

    if they have

    good English communication skills

    and a proactive sales mindset
  • Industry Preference:

    Building materials (excluding candidates from the

    paint industry

    )
  • CTC Budget:

    Rs.25,000 to Rs.32,000 per month (inclusive of PF)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Market Development:

Sell premium architectural products such as UPVC Windows & Doors, Shower Cubicles, Glass Railings, Kitchen & Wardrobe Shutters, and LED Mirrors.

Handle complete project-based market sales – this is a field market sales role, not a desk job.

Client Engagement:

3–4 client meetings per day

architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and dealers

scan residential construction sites

Product Demonstration & Consultation:

technical consultation

HNI customers

Sales Operations:

quotations

single point of contact

Performance Review:

leads generated, meetings done, quotes submitted, site scans, and order sales conversions

weekly and monthly reviews

Candidate Profile:

Experience:

0–3 years in project sales or B2B sales

Preferred: Experience in building materials, architectural products, hardware, interiors, or allied industries

Not from paint background
