Job Description

for key account sales staff, focusing on designers, architects, and contractors to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Manage and strengthen customer relationships

by planning engagement activities with designers and contractor groups to enhance brand trust and create sales opportunities.

Develop quarterly product presentation plans

and coordinate with relevant teams to prepare key product information and communication strategies.

Conduct client visits and product presentations

, supporting the sales team in specification planning and product placement to increase customer confidence.

Monitor and evaluate performance against KPIs

, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual summary reports as required.

Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining existing accounts
