Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and secure project sales opportunities for fire alarm, fire fighting, suppression, and safety systems.
  • Meet builders, contractors, MEP consultants, architects, and facility managers to promote solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads, track opportunities, and close deals within timelines.

2. Client Handling & Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers across construction, industrial, and commercial sectors.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve client concerns.

3. Coordination & Project Follow-Up

  • Coordinate internally with design, estimation, engineering, and execution teams.
  • Follow up on proposals, technical approvals, and commercial negotiations.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Understand industry trends, pricing structures, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Identify growth opportunities within Delhi NCR construction and infrastructure segments.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain updated records of leads, quotations, calls, and visits.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong knowledge of

    Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Detection, Suppression

    or related systems.
  • Understanding of BOQs, project drawings, and MEP workflows.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex project requirements.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated professional.
