Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Sales Manager with 4 to 10 years of experience to lead our sales team in achieving project sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and presentation skills. This position is based in Chandigarh.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage all B2B selling operations and activities within a particular territory.
Prepare proposals for new business opportunities or contracts with existing clients.
Generate business and follow up on payments.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
Conduct technical and commercial meetings with clients on behalf of the company.
Prepare BOQ specifications, proposals, and proforma invoices.
Identify upcoming projects and specify our products in project BOQs.
Perform competitive intelligence in the local market to improve understanding of both local and global competitors.
Follow up with existing clients and manage applicator relationships or provide technical assistance to ensure the right set of partner applicators are on board.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in project sales.
Bachelor's degree in any field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
Possess strong skills in closing deals, client relationship management, and presentation and communication.
Demonstrate the ability to achieve sales targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to think strategically.
