Project Sales Executive

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 9 years of experience to join our team as a Project Sales Manager in Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, and Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Drive business growth by identifying and selling prospects, and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay informed about industry trends.
• Develop and maintain a strong network with contractors, builders, HNI clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Generate business leads and follow up on payments to ensure timely collection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and enhance client satisfaction.
• Prepare BOQ specifications, proposals, and proforma invoices to support sales efforts.
• Identify upcoming projects and specify our products in project BOQs.
• Perform competitive intelligence in the local market to improve understanding of both local and global competitors.
• Follow-up with existing clients.

• Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on business development and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Experience working with various stakeholders, including contractors, builders, HNI clients, architects, and structure consultants.
