Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team as a Project Sales Manager in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, and Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, including contractors, builders, HNI individuals, architects, and structure consultants.
Conduct technical and commercial meetings with clients on behalf of the company.
Prepare BOQ specifications, proposals, and proforma invoices.
Identify upcoming projects and specify our products in project BOQs.
Perform competitive intelligence in the local market to improve understanding of both local and global competitors.
Follow up with existing clients.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and marketing or business development.
Possess strong closing skills, client relationship management abilities, and excellent presentation and communication skills.
Demonstrate experience working with all categories of contractors, HNI individuals, individual house owners, architects, structure consultants, and project management consultants (PMCs).
Ability to meet with civil contractors, interior contractors, and contractors is required.
Achieve sales targets for assigned areas.
Experience in meeting with clients to discuss technical and commercial aspects of projects.
Strong knowledge of building materials, such as marbles, stones, and other related products.
Familiarity with architectural concepts and project sales is essential.
Must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
