Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 9 years of experience to join our team as a Project Sales Manager in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, and Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Drive business growth by identifying and selling prospects, and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay informed about industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network with contractors, builders, HNI clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Generate business leads and follow up on payments.
  • Establish and enforce organizational standards to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify upcoming projects and specify our products in project BOQs.
  • Perform competitive intelligence in the local market to improve understanding of both local and global competitors.
  • Follow up with existing clients.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the interior industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with various stakeholders, including contractors, builders, HNI clients, architects, and structure consultants.
  • Proficiency in preparing BOQ specifications, proposals, and proforma invoices.
  • Experience in client acquisition, retention, and enhancement is required.
  • Knowledge of all categories of contractors, HNI, individual house owners, architects, structure consultants, and project management consultants (PMCs) is necessary.
  • Must be able to meet with civil contractors, interiors contractors, and contractors.
  • Achieve sales targets for the area allotted in project sales.
  • Conduct technical and commercial meetings on behalf of the company with clients.
  • Prepare BOQ Specification, proposals, and Proforma invoice.
  • Identify upcoming projects and specify our products in projects BOQ.
  • Perform competitive intelligence in the local market to improve understanding of both local and global competitors.
  • Follow up with existing clients.
