Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 9 years of experience to join our team as a Project Sales Manager in the building material industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including contractors, builders, and HNI individuals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business leads through networking and prospecting.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the building material industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with various stakeholders, including contractors, builders, and HNI individuals.
  • Proficiency in closing deals, client relationship management, and presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in client acquisition, retention, and enhancement.
  • Knowledge of all categories of contractors, HNI, individual house owners, architects, structure consultants, and project management consultants (PMCs).
  • Experience meeting with civil contractors, interiors contractors, and contractors.
  • Achieve sales targets for the area allotted in project sales.
  • Perform technical and commercial meetings on behalf of the company with clients.
  • Prepare BOQ specifications, proposals, and proforma invoices.
  • Identify upcoming projects and specify our products in project BOQs.
  • Perform competitive intelligence in the local market to improve understanding of both local and global competitors.
  • Follow up with existing clients.
