Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Sales Manager with 4 to 10 years of experience to drive business growth and expand our customer base in the interior industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports, proposals, and invoices to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, referrals, and other channels.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the interior industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach.
Experience working with contractors, builders, HNI clients, architects, structure consultants, and project management consultants (PMCs).
