Job Details: Location: Noida (6-day WFO) Reporting to: Founder & CEO Role Overview We are looking for an experienced professional to partner with the CEO in shaping and driving sales and growth strategy. This role is at the intersection of consulting and sales leadership helping design revenue models, guide go-to-market strategy, and engage with senior client stakeholders. You will bring structure, insights, and execution excellence to the sales engine. Key Responsibilities Partner with the CEO to design and execute sales strategies and scalable frameworks. Provide data-backed insights on pricing, market expansion, and client acquisition. Represent the CEO in high-stakes client and partner meetings. Build sales playbooks and structures to drive sustainable growth. Anticipate and solve 01 growth challenges, adapting strategy as business evolves. Support board/investor discussions with market and sales insights. Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track pipeline health, sales effectiveness, and revenue forecasting. Mentor and guide sales team members to adopt best practices. Qualifications & Experience Education: Undergraduate degree from a Tier 1/2 institute and MBA from a Tier 1/2 institute strongly preferred. Experience: 410 years in sales strategy, business consulting, or client-facing leadership roles. Track record of working with CXOs or senior stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Executive presence and ability to represent the CEO externally. Comfortable dealing with open-ended, ambiguous challenges. Position: Government Sales Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented person. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with architects and Project Management Consultants (PMCs), Government institutions, Key decision makers educating them about Rockworth's products, and increasing brand awareness in the industry. You will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. Handling the Government business accounts, India. Key Responsibilities: Good experience in Tendering and GeM portal. Identify and target Government institutes, Buildings, architects and PMCs, Design Firms, Contractors in the region to generate leads and promote Rockworth's product range. Meet with architects, PMCs, and other key decision-makers to understand their requirements and showcase the benefits of Rockworth's modular furniture solutions. Educate clients about the features, functionality, and design aspects of our products, highlighting how they can enhance office spaces. Collaborate with the internal design and technical teams to provide customized solutions that meet client needs. Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Drive visits to our experience center by arranging personalized product demonstrations and guided tours. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and materials to increase brand awareness. Manage and strengthen customer relationships by planning engagement activities with designers and contractor groups to enhance brand trust and create sales opportunities. Develop quarterly product presentation plans and coordinate with relevant teams to prepare key product information and communication strategies. Conduct client visits and product presentations , supporting the sales team in specification planning and product placement to increase customer confidence. Monitor and evaluate performance against KPIs , and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual summary reports as required. Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining existing accounts , including scheduling appointments, presenting products, and continuously monitoring customer needs. Verify and follow up on product information before handing it over to the next department to ensure accuracy and workflow efficiency. Follow up on issued quotations to maximize conversion of quotations into purchase orders (PO). Ensure adherence to the Sales Manual to minimize operational errors and maintain a high standard of sales processes. Collect and analyze competitor pricing and discount structures , preparing comparison reports for management to support pricing strategy decisions for each project.
