Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily records of sales and purchases.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of stock.
  • Update inventory registers or software accurately.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for orders, delivery schedules, and payments.
  • Generate reports on stock movement, sales, and purchase trends.
  • Assist management in budgeting and forecasting inventory requirements.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintains stock levels and keeps records of goods received and issued.

· Support HR-related activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and PF documentation.

· Address guest or staff queries related to administrative matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • BBA/M.COM /B.COM

· Proven experience in administration or office management, preferably in the hotel/restaurant industry.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
