Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Radisson Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in housekeeping and customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to maintain high levels of cleanliness.
Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and protocols is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Strong attention to detail ensures high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an asset.
Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies is required.
