Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Housekeeper to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and be able to provide high-quality service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Housekeeper in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with cleaning protocols and procedures.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
