Key Responsibilities Generate new business leads and identify potential customers in assigned areas. Promote and sell products or services directly to customers through in-person meetings and field visits. Maintain and build relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions to meet their needs. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on market trends. Prepare sales reports, activity logs, and forecast reports. Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences and product improvements. Coordinate with other departments (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth service delivery. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to expand market presence. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in field sales or customer-facing roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to travel frequently within assigned territories. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is a plus. Goal-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Preferred Experience in B2B or B2C sales. Knowledge of the industry domain (e.g., consumer goods, technology, healthcare, etc.).
