Job Description

We are looking for a skilled House Keeping Manager to join our team at Jehovah Nissi enterprises, with 3-7 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the hotel or restaurant.
Supervise and train housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any areas needing improvement.
Coordinate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment related to housekeeping.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing housekeeping teams, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
