Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hostess to join our team, with 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Hostess or in a related field within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
