Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Maintain an organized reservation system and handle walk-in guests effectively.
Ensure the restaurant ambience is welcoming and well-presented before and during service.
Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the service and kitchen teams.
Maintain professional grooming and courteous behavior at all times.
Present menus, assist guests with queries, and provide basic information about dishes and beverages.
Coordinate with servers and managers to optimize table turnover and service flow.
Handle guest complaints politely and escalate to the supervisor when necessary.
Record guest feedback and assist in maintaining guest satisfaction reports.
Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
