Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the pool area is clean, well-maintained, and ready for guest use at all times.
Monitor water quality and report irregularities or maintenance requirements to the Engineering team.
Arrange pool loungers, umbrellas, and towels neatly and replenish supplies as required.
Greet guests courteously and provide assistance with pool amenities.
Enforce pool safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
Check and record chlorine and pH levels as per hotel standards.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering for maintenance or cleaning needs.
Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness of changing rooms and surrounding areas.
Report lost and found items as per hotel policy.
Assist in poolside F&B service coordination if applicable.
