Relationship Officers Home Loan / Mortgages Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Source Home Loan / Mortgage business through open market, DSA, referrals, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
Generate leads and convert them into successful closures.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per Axis Bank policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Track customer follow-ups and ensure timely disbursements.

Eligibility Criteria:

1-3 years of experience in
Home Loan / Mortgage / LAP sales
.
Experience in banking or NBFC mortgage sales preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented mindset with ability to work in a sales-driven environment.
Knowledge of Surat local market will be an added advantage.
