Education: 2022 -2025 Pass outs only & Technical Background (But Backlogs are acceptable)

Working Hours: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM

Location: Bengaluru

Skills/Experience

• Excellent Communication skills required (Both Verbal and written)
• Education background: Any Technical Graduation
• Willing to work in Night Shift (5:30 PM 2:30 AM and 6:30 PM 3:30 AM)
• Learning Agility
• Go getter attitude

• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting which includes sourcing, screening, negotiation, Interview and offer follow-up for assigned requisitions.
• Searching for resumes across various job portals, social networking sites and other tools to generate a pool of suitable talent.
• Matching the profile of the candidate with the clients requirements.
• Evaluating the experience and skills of potential candidates.
• Follow up with the candidate during the interview stage.
• Close job offers and work with cross-functional teams to deliver the offer.
• Maintain database and other reports.

Build strong candidate relationships & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.
