Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  
• Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
  
• Manage sourcing channels including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and headhunting.
  
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for multiple roles across levels.
  
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  
• Track recruitment metrics (TAT, pipeline, conversion ratios) to improve hiring efficiency.
  
• Stay updated with market trends and hiring best practices to attract top talent.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 1–6 years of experience in

  Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

• Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience on

  job portals and professional networks

• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
