Senior Recruiters/Team Lead, Domestic Non-IT,

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and maintain quality standards.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Domestic Non-IT positions across multiple industries.
Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and ensure the timely delivery of suitable profiles.
Allocate daily tasks to team members and monitor performance, productivity, and adherence to processes.
Conduct training sessions for junior recruiters as required.
Ensure effective use of recruitment tools, job portals, and internal systems.
Maintain candidate data, reports, and tracking sheets using Excel and internal tools.
Handle client communication professionally and maintain strong business relationships to foster a positive and productive environment
