Job Description

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated freshers who are eager to build their career in banking sales. This role involves acquiring new customers for CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) and promoting banking products through field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new customers for CASA products.
Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Generate leads through market visits, references, and cold calling.
Ensure excellent customer experience during onboarding.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sales and field work.
Ability to learn quickly and handle customer queries confidently.
Goal-oriented and self-driven personality.
