TOP MNC at Gurgaon is hiring for CUSTOMER SUPPORT VOICE PROCESS. No of positions : 270 Job Location: Gurgaon Salary : 18K to 33K Inhand + Incntives 5 working days per week with 2 rotational week-offs. Day Shift for Females & Flexible shift options for male candidates (Note: Cab services are not provided). Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls with a focus on up selling products and services. Engage affluent customers with a consultative approach to enhance their experience and drive revenue growth. Adhere to operational guidelines and client-specific requirements while ensuring high-quality service. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Graduates & Undergraduates can apply Experience: Freshers to 8 years of ANY customer service experience can apply.
