Job Title: Customer Support Executive Voice Process (Premium Process) Location: Hyderabad Process: International Voice (Premium Process) Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via voice calls related to Airbnb services. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner. Adhere to quality standards and meet/exceed performance metrics. Work in rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Both undergraduates and graduates can apply. Experience: Freshers are welcome. Minimum 1 year of experience in international customer support (for experienced category). Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English (V6 and above required). Hindi not required. Salary Details: Freshers: 3 LPA (Approx. 18,000 take-home) Experienced (min. 1 year): Up to 3.5 LPA (Max 20% hike on last drawn CTC) Work Details: Work Days: 5 days a week Shifts: Rotational shifts Week Offs: 2 rotational offs Interview Rounds: HR Round SHL Assessment (Aptitude & Communication Test) Operations Round Why Join Us?
