Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Resolve customer queries related to products/services in a timely and efficient manner. Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and sales metrics. Desired Candidate Profile 1-2 years of experience in an international voice process or similar environment. Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken). Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts. Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
