We are hiring for International Customer Care Executive Salary : For non voice - upto 26k ctc For voice - Upto 28k ctc Both experienced and fresher candidates can apply 5 working days Pure night shifts with no cab facility Role & responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and ticketing systems with a professional and empathetic approach. Provide product and service information to international customers and assist with troubleshooting issues. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions. Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Technical Support, Logistics, etc.) to ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams, while maintaining ownership and communication with the customer. Adapt communication styles based on the cultural norms and language proficiency of international clients. Provide feedback on language or regional issues that may affect user experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Document support processes and identify opportunities for improvement in FAQs and help centers. Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys and feedback loops. Contribute to quality assurance initiatives by identifying patterns in customer issues and suggesting process improvements.
