Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver effective product and process training for the DBS Bank Sales subprocess
* Conduct refresher sessions and floor coaching to enhance sales skills * Monitor performance post-training and drive improvement plans * Align training modules with banking compliance and product updates * Support new hire onboarding and batch handling from Day 1
** Requirements:**
* 1 to 9 years of experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in Banking or BFSI
* Strong communication, presentation, and people skills * Knowledge of sales techniques and banking products (CASA, Loans, etc.) * Ability to manage multiple batches and maintain training quality
** Preferred:**
