Role & responsibilities

As an Executive /Sr Executive Talent Acquisition your tasks includes end to end recruitment, prepare recruitment reports, TAT adherence and increase low cost hiring for Doctor and Middle level.

End to End recruitment.
Stakeholder Management
Create low-cost sourcing channels
TAT adherence open to joining TAT.
Salary negotiation
Offer generation
Daily MIS
Campus hiring

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:
2+ years in recruitment
Qualification:
Full time MBA-HR
Must have experience in mass hiring from Naukri
Ok to work from office with Alternate Saturday off.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Outstanding problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail.
