Salary : 4.9 LPA - 6 LPA Work Location : HSR Layout - Day Shift 6 Days Working (Monday - Saturday) Call us now : 9964080000 Note : Should speak English & Hindi*** Role Description: We are looking for a high-performing Sales Associate with prior experience in sourcing business loans through a strong DSA (Direct Selling Agent) network. The candidate will be responsible for driving loan and building a reliable partner ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs and other sourcing partners to generate leads for business loans. Drive lead conversion through regular follow-ups, application assistance, and coordination with internal credit and operations teams. Educate DSAs on product offerings, documentation requirements, and eligibility criteria. Achieve monthly disbursal targets and maintain healthy funnel metrics. Build strong relationships with channel partners to ensure long-term engagement and loyalty. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations at every stage of the loan process. Attributes we are looking for: 1 to 4 years of experience in sales of business loans or SME lending products. Strong and active DSA network in the local market. Good understanding of business loan documentation, underwriting norms, and disbursal process. Self-motivated with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
