Role & Responsibilities Summary: This is a frontline business ownership role for a commercially astute, operationally disciplined, and mission-driven individual. Your mandate is to build and lead a profitable elder care ecosystem in your territory by forging deep partnerships across multiple channels: hospitals, specialist clinics, Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), and other community organizations. This is an intensive field role where you own the entire value chain: from generating leads through high-volume fieldwork to designing care plans, ensuring collections, and managing profitability. Your performance is transparently tracked, and you rewards are directly proportional to your results, with a highly attractive and completely uncapped incentive plan.
