Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for Connects with Tier 1 , Tier -2, Tier -3 Builders of the area. Responsible for Technical Product Sales, B2B Sales/ Institutional Sales/ Project Sales/B2G Sales of Building Material, Electricals and Lighting products business. Candidate handling MEP Contractor/PMC working. Responsible for Channel Partner /Dealer management. Handling Sales & Marketing of Building Material, Electricals and Lighting products, Dealers & Distributor Management. Responsible for channel Sales in Professional Lighting Division business of area. Responsible for Primary & Secondary Sales Target of the territory. Appointing Distributors & Dealers Network in region. Handling B2B Sales/ Institutional Sales/ Project Sales/B2G Sales of the Company. Achieving Monthly Primary & Secondary Sales Target of the territory. Planning, Implementation of Sales Strategy. Gathering information and feedback on competitor schemes / offerings and product quality and reliability. Interacting and Business relations with MEP Contractor/PMC working, channel partner & Dealers . Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the frontline sales team.
