Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Drive

    end-to-end business development

    in the US/Canada Non-IT staffing space
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads through cold calling, research, email campaigns, and LinkedIn
  • Develop and manage a strong client base including

    direct clients, Tier 1 vendors, and MSPs

  • Conduct contract negotiations and ensure high

    client retention and satisfaction

Staffing & Recruiting Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with recruiting teams to ensure timely submittals and quality delivery
  • Understand client hiring needs across industries: Banking, Finance, Construction, Engineering, etc.
  • Participate in job intake calls, role qualification, and resume screening
  • Support candidate interviews, onboarding, and expectation management

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of

    staffing lifecycle

    (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire)
  • Familiarity with

    ATS, VMS portals, and CRM tools

  • Critical thinking, objection handling, and decision-making ability
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools like

    LinkedIn RPS, job boards

    is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (Any discipline)
  • 2–8 years of experience in US Staffing / Business Development
