Role: Healthcare Recruiter

What You’ll Do

• Source, engage, and screen qualified nurses and healthcare professionals interested in overseas opportunities (primarily Germany).
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from initial outreach to final offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, nursing associations, LinkedIn, referrals, and community groups.
• Educate candidates on relocation, licensing, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with internal operations and client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track and report recruitment metrics (pipeline, conversions, candidate satisfaction).
• Act as a brand ambassador for Taldo.ai, promoting trust and transparency with healthcare talent.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–5 years in healthcare recruitment, staffing, or international hiring.
• Skills: Strong sourcing, screening, and relationship management.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with nursing qualifications, licensing, and overseas placement processes (EU/Germany is a plus).
• Mindset: Empathetic, target-driven, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
• Tools: Proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
