About Our Client
Client is a non-deposit accepting housing finance company specialising in providing affordable housing finance solutions tailored to meet the needs of individuals across Tier 2 & 3 cities and the outskirts of urban markets.
- Drive the end-to-end recruiting process design and optimisation in partnership with other stakeholders.
- Create and implement robust & dynamic talent acquisition strategy for leadership, mid-career and early career hiring, aligned to the business needs and organisational priorities including a clear strategy on sourcing diverse profiles.
- Work closely with stakeholders to design and drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that appropriately balance business needs and candidate experience.
- Ensure all roles that are being offered are fairly compensated by working closely with the Compensation and Benefits team.
- Provide thought leadership on trends, industry practices, and emerging technologies to dynamically evolve & transform talent acquisition.
- Lead Employer Value Proposition work, defining strong differentiation for each key talent segment.
- Develop a plan to strengthen our employer brand in the regional market recruiting channels.
- Develop hiring team engagement strategy.
- Build a dynamic, highly engaged & scalable TA team to exceed expectations across all the key hiring metrics.
- Develop an assessment strategy based on proven, data driven solutions that are predictive of performance on the job.
The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrated leadership experience building and refining high performing, highly engaged recruiting teams.
- MBA with appropriate experience preferred
- 10+ years of experience in building and leading talent acquisition strategies
- A thought leader in the hiring space with strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Strong ability to plan, design, and implementation of talent acquisition programs
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams and business leaders to drive buy-ins & desired outcomes on various talent acquisition initiatives
- Ability to work through ambiguity and complexity to provide simple, expedient, and practical solutions
- Experience in job analysis, assessment design/validation preferred

As our Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for supporting a comprehensive human resources program and in charge of planning and developing a strong Talent Acquisition strategy for the company. The role will be centered on embracing the business expansion plans and strengthening the constantly growing organisation network year on year, month on month. He/She will be responsible for end-to-end strategy, execution, and delivery of staffing requirements as per the business plans. We will be looking at someone who can partner with the stakeholders and hiring managers to come up with staffing business strategies and infrastructure that will be the framework for achieving an annual hiring plan. He/She will be responsible for team management and driving the TA team initiatives.
