Job Description

As a Sales Operations Head in the BPO/EdTech industry located in Swargate, Pune, you will play a crucial role in managing large sales teams, streamlining operations, driving revenue, and ensuring process excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage sales teams consisting of 50-100 members - Implement sales strategies, KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews - Drive CRM optimization, lead management, and reporting processes - Collaborate effectively with HR, Training, and Marketing departments to ensure smooth operations - Handle escalations efficiently and work towards improving customer satisfaction levels - Provide valuable insights and reports to the leadership team Qualifications Required: - Graduate/MBA with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations within the BPO/EdTech sector - Strong leadership and people management skills - Proficiency in CRM systems, analytics, and process improvement methodologies - Excellent communication and decision-making abilities In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, the company offers competitive salary packages, incentives, exposure to leadership roles, and opportunities for career growth.
