🎯 Your Mission

As our Virtual CTO, you will be the chief architect for our entire platform. You'll own the technical vision and integration of our

:• Scholarship Web Porta

l• Mobile App (iOS & Android

)• Custom-Built CR

This isn't a maintenance role; it's a greenfield opportunity to build a seamless, scalable system that unifies our web, app, and internal operations

🛠️ What You'll Do

:
• Design the Foundation: Architect a unified backend to power the Portal, App, and CRM, ensuring a single source of truth for student dat

a.• Lead System Integration: Define and oversee real-time data sync between the Portal, CRM, and App, enabling seamless workflows for our remote team

s.• Ensure Security & Governance: Implement robust, role-based access controls for founders, counsellors, and operations teams, with a focus on data securit

y.• Manage & Mentor: Select, vet, and manage development vendors (web, mobile, CRM). You'll be the technical gatekeeper, ensuring quality and preventing over-engineerin

g.• Build for Scale: Architect a system ready to grow from 1,000 to 100,000+ users, supporting future expansion and product evolutio

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, SaaS architecture, and technical leadership at startup

s.• A proven track record as a CTO, Tech Lead, or Solution Architect, preferably in EdTech, FinTech, or CRM-heavy platform
