Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the entire student journey – from application to departure & accommodation arrangements.
  • Coordinate with counsellors, universities, and partners to ensure a smooth admission process.
  • Manage operations, workflow, and documentation efficiently.
  • Handle risk management and problem-solving during each stage of the student process.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure high service standards.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements for better student experience.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in study abroad operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of admission procedures, visa filing, and pre-departure formalities.
  • Ability to handle multitasking and ensure timely results.
