Head of Technology

As the Head of IT/Technology at Tenon Group, you will play a crucial role in leading the global technology agenda for the organization, encompassing core IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, digitization, automation, and AI enablement. Your strategic vision will drive efficiency, compliance, and workforce productivity while ensuring cost efficiency, cybersecurity, and business continuity. Here's what you can expect in this role: **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and implement a future-ready technology roadmap for India, UK, and Singapore operations. - Drive organization-wide digitization, automation, and AI adoption for measurable business impact. - Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies to enhance customer experience and productivity. - Build and mentor a high-performing IT team to foster excellence and accountability. - Manage ERP (RAMCO) and HRMS (HROne) platforms ensuring seamless integration with finance, HR, and operations. - Oversee in-house IT applications and drive continuous improvement for scalability and compliance. - Ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective IT infrastructure (on-premise & cloud) along with leading cybersecurity initiatives. - Launch automation projects, deploy real-time analytics tools, and champion AI-enabled solutions for enhanced efficiency. - Establish governance frameworks, drive vendor management, and maintain strict compliance with IT policies and regulatory requirements. **Qualifications:** - 15-20 years of IT leadership experience, preferably in services or facility/security industries. - Bachelors degree in Engineering/Computer Science; MBA preferred. - Experience in managing global IT operations is a strong plus. In this role, your proven leadership in IT, ERP, HRMS, and enterprise solutions management, coupled with your expertise in digital transformation, automation, and AI adoption projects, will be instrumental in driving Tenon Group's technology initiatives forward. Your strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity frameworks, along with excellent vendor management skills, will be key assets in ensuring the success of the organization's technology objectives.,
