Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as Head of Talent Acquisition, located in Gurugram. As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. You will develop and implement employer branding strategies and manage graduate recruitment programs. Day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with hiring managers, managing recruitment campaigns, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Must Have Skills

• Experience with Employer Branding strategies and initiatives

Strategic planning of Talent Acquisition Pool

• Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a leadership HR role is a plus
