Head of Talent Acquisition

In this role at MetaMorph, you will be responsible for leading talent acquisition efforts for frontline roles in the hospitality sector. Your primary focus will be on aligning talent with organizational needs and enhancing employee skills to support the growth of affordable hostels and youth-centric accommodations across India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own end-to-end hiring for frontline roles such as property managers, housekeepers, cafe crew, and field ops. - Develop alternate hiring engines including hotel schools, skill councils, NGOs, referrals, gig-to-full-time, and rural channels. - Drive scale without compromising quality by building sustainable systems. - Monitor and improve funnel metrics including TAT, source mix, cost/hire, offer-join ratio, and post-join retention. - Collaborate with Ops, HRBP, and leadership to anticipate and address talent needs. - Lead a small, high-performance TA team with speed and ownership. **Qualifications Required:** - 6-10 years of TA experience in hospitality, QSR, retail, logistics, cloud kitchens, or similar scale-heavy businesses. - Demonstrated success in frontline and volume hiring. - Strong analytical, creative, and systems-first approach with the ability to identify patterns and solve root problems. - Deep empathy for the workforce with a focus on creating real impact. - Excellent operational rigor and execution mindset. - Passion for addressing India's service hiring gap and contributing to long-term career building for young individuals.,
