Category Analyst- Travel & Transit Categories (On-deck): As a Category Analyst for Travel & Transit categories at PhonePe, you will be responsible for various key tasks: - Managing user acquisition, partner growth, category deepening, funnel analysis, and product enhancement. - Executing strategic campaigns, assessing their impact, and understanding customer journeys for experience optimization. - Overseeing all business metrics of the category, driving growth initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders for consumer adoption plans. - Conducting experiments to drive growth, working closely with internal teams, and identifying and resolving blockers across functions. - Building relationships with partners, monitoring conversion rates, and providing recommendations for enhancing conversion in the funnel. - Collaborating with different functional teams for financial planning, understanding the travel & transit landscape, and managing category revenues effectively. P&L Management: - Responsible for managing category top-line and revenues, as well as annual & monthly planning activities. Eligibility: - Ideal candidates should possess an MBA/B.Tech from Tier-1/2 institution with at least 1 year of overall experience, including 1-2 years of relevant travel/transit and industry experience. - Prior experience in partnership management, sales, or business development domains, especially in the travel/transit space, is preferred.
