Key Responsibilities

  • Define the tech vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle — from planning to production.
  • Manage and mentor high-performing teams (developers, QA, architects).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
  • Champion best practices in coding, architecture, security, and DevOps.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and security standards (e.g., PCI DSS, RBI guidelines).
  • Stay ahead of trends in cloud, microservices, and emerging fintech technologies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–10 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling fintech or SaaS products.
  • Expertise in Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in digital payments, UPI, or transaction processing platforms.
  • Familiarity with security and regulatory frameworks (PCI DSS, RBI).
  • Exposure to Open Banking, API management, or AI/ML integrations.
