🔹 Job Title: Application Support & Implementation – UPI 📍 Location: Powai - Mumbai 🧠 Experience: 3–5 Years 🏢 Industry: Fintech / Payments / Banking 💼 Employment Type: Full-time 🔎 Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support & Implementation Engineer to manage our UPI (Unified Payments Interface) product. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in UPI integration, testing, deployment, and L2/L3 production support. Prior exposure to a hosted model with multiple bank integrations will be highly advantageous. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end UPI integration and onboarding for clients and partner banks. Perform functional and technical testing of UPI APIs, SDKs, and third-party services. Lead implementation activities including configuration, deployment, and go-live support. Provide L2/L3 production support for UPI-related issues, failures, and escalations. Monitor UPI transaction flows, identify failures, and ensure SLAs are consistently met . Liaise with NPCI and partner banks to ensure ongoing compliance with UPI mandates. Document all integrations, incident reports, RCAs, and implementation artifacts. Work closely with engineering and QA teams to resolve bugs and implement enhancements. Contribute to internal knowledge bases and onboarding frameworks for faster delivery. ✅ Required Skills 3–4 years of experience supporting and implementing UPI products . In-depth knowledge of UPI protocols, APIs, and transaction types (collect, pay, intent, etc.). Proven experience in UPI integration for mobile and web applications . Proficient with API testing tools such as Postman or SOAP UI . Strong troubleshooting skills in a 24x7 production environment . Proficiency in Linux/Unix , log analysis , and SQL for root cause analysis. Familiarity with NPCI compliance and regulatory frameworks related to UPI. Prior experience in a hosted service model with multiple bank integrations is a strong plus. 🎓 Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or related field. Experience with payment gateways , banks , or fintech platforms . Understanding of banking protocols such as ISO 8583 , IMPS , NEFT , etc., is a plus. Show more Show less
