As the Head of Software Engineering at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the complete technology roadmap for our next-gen Healthcare ERP & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform, MEDAURA. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end engineering for RCM modules such as claims, billing, coding, authorizations, and insurance workflows - Architecting and owning the design of the RCM system, focusing on scalability, performance, and security - Building and mentoring the engineering team with a strong emphasis on RCM product delivery - Ensuring secure and compliant handling of RCM data, adhering to regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, and FHIR - Driving sprint planning, maintaining code quality, overseeing DevOps, and managing CI/CD pipelines for RCM + ERP Nice to have qualifications for this role include: - Experience with RCM workflows, GCC insurance rules, CPT/ICD codes, and claims processing - Previous experience with Multi-tenant SaaS platforms - Background in startup or scale-up environments In addition to these responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative workplace where you can make a meaningful impact on healthcare delivery.
